actually, i've been feeling great these past few days, that song was just in my head. its been quite a while since i've written.
To backtrack a bit, i've been suffering quite alot from SAD (seasonal attitude disorder, something like that) basically, SAD has made me sad. This sudden change in temperature, less exposure to the sun has put me into some strange moods. For example, I can be just chilling, watching tv, and all of a suddent this feeling of despair just kicks in for no apparent reason. I'm hoping to get rid of it soon, i'm gonna try and stand outside in the sunlight for a good amount of time and just get in some good sunlight, I should also start working out again.
Also, lets see.. Halloween!
that was awesome, big props to Jennifer and Cory for an awesome party. I went as a cowboy type, and went around with a video camera. Its amazing what costumes, alcohol, and a video camera can do for my social life at a party. Its kind of sad that all these people had such an easy time flirting etc just because we had costumes on. If I could only talk to girls like that all the time.
The band was great. The Texas Chainsaw Mass Choir, a hardcore band with some pop sensibility was perfect for the party. I was able to capture some awesome footage of them, let me know if you want to see it. Overall , the party was a success, I got to dance with some beautiful girls, I got to hang out with my great friends, and had minimal alcohol.
now this last weekend was a whirlwhind. Quan, Angie, Carol and myself drove up to Muncie Indiance to Ball State University for the MAASU leadership retreat. I was a nervous wreck all the way up there and until ths first workshop started. I had a good time and major props to BSU and the ECC and Tedd my advisor and Connie and the BOA. (sorry for all the jargon, you can ignore this whole paragraph if you want)
We got up at the butt crack of dawn sunday morning, 6am to be exact and drove back home to good ol columbia. I got home, was able to rest a bit and to my delight, went to Jurassic 5! The show was amazing as always, not much I can say that I haven't said before. I got Cut chemist's autograph and I got to take a picture with him, how cool is that?
